We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT department and provide company-wide support for our Yellowstone Club employees.
The IT Support Technician provides remote and onsite technical support with an emphasis on hardware, connectivity, and application issues. The IT Support Technician must possess problem solving skills, excellent understanding of desktop operating systems, networking principles and MS applications. The IT Support Technician must have exceptional customer service; written and verbal communication; presentation; and interpersonal skills. This position is responsible for documenting and tracking the status of inquiries, coordinating appropriate responses and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
