We are hiring for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional for our Golf Operations department. Under the supervision of the Director of Golf, the 1st Assistant provides technical and managerial supervision of the Golf Clubhouse and staff as directed. The 1st Assistant Golf Professional assists and leads the other staff members in all day-to-day golf operations.
The 1st Assistant Golf Professional functions as the administrator for the Assistant Golf Professionals, Outside Operations Staff, and Caddies. Working with the Outside Operations Manager and Golf Shop Supervisor, the 1st Assistant will help implement the policies established by the Director of Golf and Yellowstone Club Management Team. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: General administration as assigned by the Director of Golf; Event and tournament management; Daily analytics and reporting; Assisting with Golf Shop administration; Leading the daily golf operation; Teaching, club fitting; Organization of camps and clinics; Preparation for year round operation; Merchandise organization & purchasing; Supervise & train Golf Shop staff; Inventory management; Setting the standard for customer service in all facets; Developing member relations, and more.
