We are seeking Assistant Property Managers within the Residential Services department for the 2016/2017 winter season. Assistant Property Managers support the Property Manager in providing a first-class, holistic care of Yellowstone Club’s member’s residences on property. To be successful in this position the candidate must have the desire to serve in a high-end property management environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a high level of attention to detail when it comes to property maintenance and communication.
Responsibilities also include aiding the Property Mangers in overseeing the overall operation of the property and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained residence within established management, operating, and fiscal policies. The ability to effectively communicate with the Property Managers, home owners, and contractors is critical.
