Overview:

We are currently seeking Residence Experience Coordinators under the Residential Services department for our 2017 summer season at the Yellowstone Club. The Residence Experience Coordinators are responsible with creating indelible memories by ensuring our members and guests an unfolding series of delightful moments and thoughtful gestures through the housing program. The Experience Coordinators are the point of contact for the rental program client to which they are assigned.  The team is the face of Yellowstone Club Residential Services, bespoke, engaging, anticipatory, and ensuring that their contribution to our overall guest experience meet Yellowstone Club Standards.  Prior to arrival, the Experience Coordinator will be responsible for the final prep and approval of the residence.

 

Qualified candidates must have:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
  • One to two years' of hospitality experience at a hotel, private club, or other hospitality venue
  • Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain sound working relationships and communications with members, management, and staff
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office systems
