Yellowstone Club is now accepting applications for Summer Activities Reservationist staff under our Outdoor Pursuits department. Summer Activities Reservationists are responsible for efficiently and professionally answering all summer activity inquiries from Members and guests through all forms of communication. In addition, the Reservationist staff members are ultimately responsible for receiving, relaying, and confirming all Outdoor Pursuits and off-property activity reservations with all applicable departments, employees, Members and guests.


Working closely with Outdoor Pursuits managers/supervisors, as well as other departments and staff, this position works a team with the skills to maintain positive and effective communication to ensure all needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position requires superior planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once with an unwavering attention to detail.


Qualified candidates must have:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred college degree
  • One to two years’ experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work weekends and holidays as needed (these are our busiest times)
