We are seeking candidates for our open position of Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager position is rooted in managing all aspects of a dynamic and fast growing Housekeeping department. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the housekeeping duties of a specific Yellowstone Club neighborhood. 


The Assistant Housekeeping Manager must be proficient in dealing with all aspects involved with cleaning private homes at a level that is to be expected in a world class lodging environment. To be successful in this position one must be able to: Operate within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to housekeeping services; Implement and assist the Executive Housekeeper with the Standard Operating Procedures and consistently ensure that they are continuously being followed by all members of the Housekeeping team; Provide training, coaching and counseling to all Housekeeping employees and supervisors; Have an exceptional understanding of what world class service is and how to effectively assist team members in providing it is crucial; Provide a lead role in the recruiting, selection, training and development of employees with the goal being maximum employee satisfaction, productivity and Member/guest satisfaction; and Must be adept at ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping team are executed in a manner that meets Yellowstone Club standards and exceeds the expectations of our members and their guests.


We are expecting the number of managed homes/condos to increase significantly in the next several years, the candidate above all else, must be a strong leader with a passion for succeeding in a challenging position, the dedication to building and sustaining a high-performing and cohesive team, and the fortitude to make it all happen at a fast pace. 


Qualified candidates must have:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
  • Minimum of four years of work experience in a housekeeping industry
  • Two years plus of supervisor/management experience
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office systems
  • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • Valid Driver’s License
