    We are seeking a Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private residences with the responsibility to ensure they are guest or owner-ready at all times.  The Property Manager is expected to become the expert regarding each home’s systems, the preferences of the owners and the ongoing care and maintenance required to keep each residence in excellent condition at all times.  Attention to detail, a genuine desire to serve in a high-end property management environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently are keys to being successful in this position.


    In order to be successful in this position, candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail and a genuine desire to serve in a high-end property management environment. It is the duty of the Property Manger to oversee the operation of their assigned portfolio of properties, and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, and well-maintained residence. The ability to effectively communicate with the home owners, contractors, and other member of the Property Management Team is critical.


    Qualified applicants must have:

    • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred college degree
    • Three to five years of hospitality experience at a hotel, private club, or other hospitality venue
    • Two to five years of property management experience
    • Intermediate to Expert level of Microsoft Office systems
    • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
    • Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
    • Valid Driver’s License
