    We are seeking candidates for our open position of Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager position is rooted in managing all aspects of a dynamic and fast growing Housekeeping department. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the housekeeping duties of a specific Yellowstone Club neighborhood. 


    The Assistant Housekeeping Manager position performs the following:

    • Support the goals, policies and procedures of the Executive Housekeeper, Residential Services Operations, and the Yellowstone Club
    • Assist in managing and supervising all Supervisors, Housekeepers in their daily tasks
    • Responsible for overall cleanliness of the Member and guest units
    • Assist in ordering all cleaning supplies and room replacement items for the department
    • Strive to use environmental-friendly cleaning supplies and techniques at all times
    • Assist in the completion of scheduling for the assigned neighborhood Housekeeping team
    • Conduct routine inspections of the units and rooms to ensure consistency and high quality
    • Make quality inspections check on employees and look for areas of improvement
    • Have a keen eye for cleanliness and overall Yellowstone Club appearance
    • Maintain room status communication with the Rental, Sales, and Lodging teams
    • Assist in the tracking of deep cleaning projects
    • Assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed, including OSHA and ADA
    • Be a decisive assistant team leader, offer experience developing, and motivating team members
    • Create and maintain an environment that addresses the personal and professional needs of all employees through the mission and culture of the company
    • Monitor and communicate performance of all employees
    • Ensure housekeeping employees are in keeping with the performance factors as established in respective job descriptions. Including attendance, teamwork, initiative, productivity, etc.
    • Achieve the highest possible Member satisfaction


    We are expecting the number of managed homes/condos to increase significantly in the next several years, the candidate above all else, must be a strong leader with a passion for succeeding in a challenging position, the dedication to building and sustaining a high-performing and cohesive team, and the fortitude to make it all happen at a fast pace. 


    Qualified candidates must have:

    • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
    • Two plus years’ experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
    • Three plus years’ experience of housekeeping in a resort or club setting
    • Proven ability to motivate, and train a team
    • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office systems
    • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
    • Valid Driver’s License with record that meets company policy
