    We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Technology department’s IT Help Desk. The IT Support Technician provides excellent customer service to Yellowstone Club’s employees and departments by supporting a wide range of technical and network solutions.  This is an entry level Technology position.


    The IT Support Technician provides remote and onsite technical support with an emphasis on hardware, connectivity, and application issues. The IT Support Technician will perform and aid in the deployment of corporate iPhones. Serving as the initial point of contact, the Technician will gather and analyze information about the user's issue to answer basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products to determine the best way to resolve the problem. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, resolving username and password problems, verifying proper hardware and software set up, resolving network connectivity issues and troubleshooting email issues. This position is responsible for documenting, tracking, and being the point of contact for the status of inquiries, coordinating appropriate technical support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.  The IT Support Technician will be tasked with specific projects that require research, collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts efficiently and effectively.


    Qualified applicants will have:

    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant experience
    • One to three years of experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems with both software and hardware
    • Excellent understanding of desktop operating systems, networking principles and MS applications
    • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016; Windows 7/10; Server 2012/2016
    • Basic Networking Experience
    • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication
    • Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
